If you:

  • Are familiar with current legal regulations in the field of finances and bookkeeping
  • Are familiar with the basics of bookkeeping
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude for all situations
  • Can work under pressure
  • Have strategic thinking skills
  • Are a good communicator
  • Have nothing against doing repetitive tasks
  • Have good knowledge of English (B1)
  • Have excellent organization skills (from your desk to company events)

What you will do:

  • Taking care of all company supplies and equipment
  • Assisting our bookkeeper (preparing documents, invoicing, keeping records, keeping health booklets up to date)
  • Making sure the office is presentable at all times and decorated in a modern, interesting and cozy way
  • Making sure that office space is organized and used optimally
  • Making sure office is maintained so that problems are prevented as much as possible
  • Anticipating the needs for office space, equipment, supplies so that there is never a lack of anything
  • Making reservations for transportation, restaurants, hotels (for clients and team buildings)
  • HR administration (creating email accounts, doing the administrative part of onboarding, vacation,...)
